Hurraw! Lip Balm Collection Review

This has got to be my favourite lip balm brand of all time! It smells amazing, it looks amazing, it feels amazing...it is AWESOME!
The balm is so smooth and creamy making it glide on really easily and stay on for hours(Although you may want to re-apply it every five minutes(like me) to keep the gorgeous scents strong!)!

Me and my mum's Hurraw! collection
The vanilla and lime balms are just the original hurraw balms. They are clear on, smell heavenly and last for at least a few hours.
The cinnamon and black cherry balms are tinted balms. They are both extremely sheer reds, with the black cherry just slightly darker than the cinnamon. They are ideal as a subtle colour, that gives you plenty of moisture too!
The night treatment balm... well... does night treatment! It is clear on and scented with blue camomile and vanilla giving you a lovely relaxing smell for bed time. It is thicker and creamier than the others so that it will last longer(over night).
They are vegan and organic which makes this product even more likeable as no one and nothing gets harmed!
We bought all of these balms from cutE COsmetics which gave a great service, quick delivery and lovely website!
Overall, I would definitely buy this again(as I already have) and recommend to anyone and everyone!

Price - £3.45 (£3.90 for the night balm)

Size - 4.3g

Rating - 10/10

'Super smooth, not draggy, not sticky, not sweet, not too glossy, not too smelly, never grainy, long lasting; plus, it  had to hold up ro being in a back jeans pocket all day without melting!
Hurraw! Balm contains certified organic, raw, cold pressed and centrifuged extracted, nut/seed oils and butters that have been processed below 118F degrees and are still chocked full of their essential nutrients and enzymes. Although more expensive, the quality of raw oils and butters is superb and you'll feel the difference!'

GHD Peacock Collection 2012 Review

GHDs are definitely the best stylers for me. Since my hair is naturally a frizzy mess and insanely thick I find it really hard to find products that actually work for me. I need not search anymore... GHDs are the way forward! I set my heart on this gorgeous limited edition sapphire styler and knew it was the one for me.
They take less than a minute to heat up and only about 5-10 minutes to straighten my entire head which lasts for the entire day! Excellent! An effortless and timeless way to achieve perfectly sleek, straight hair.
Also, the plates minimise my frizz which I have not found in any other straightener, almost as if the heat isn't damaging my hair in the slightest.

As soon as i opened the post packaging, my eyes were drawn to the beautiful holographic box with the wonderful peacock feathers. I'll definitely be keeping this box!
Inside the box you will find this silky sapphire satin roll bag with peacock feathers embroidered into it. The roll bag doubles as a heat resistant mat to place the styler on when you are not using it which is a great practical feature of the bag. You can also separate the mat and bag with two buttons.
Inside the bag is a fabric wall so that you can keep the cable separate from the styler.
Finally, the actual styler is found inside the bag! It looks amazing with its blue shimmering plates and curved design. Even the end has a metallic blue part surrounding the cable which looks very classy and elegant.
Another practical feature of the styler is that if left unattended for 30 minutes, it will automatically switch itself off.

Price - £119

Rating - 10/10

'Available in three colourways – deep amethyst purple, rich emerald green and dazzling sapphire blue – each Peacock collection features a ghd Gold Classic styler with coloured plates and accents and a protective plate guard, along with a luxe storage bag and roll mat. Embellished with tonal Peacock embroidery and trimmed with sleek silver hardware, this heat-resistant satin roll bag protects your styler when not in use, while the heat mat provides a safe resting place during styling. This Peacock Blue limited edition features the ghd Gold Classic styler with blue plates and accents and a co-ordinating Blue roll bag and heat mat.'

Lush Love Lettuce Fresh Facemask Review

'This mask is a seaweed gel with exfoliating granules through it.
Ideal for those who want to clear away dead skin and brighten the face, whilst also gently treating it to softening ingredients.
First we make a seaweed gel using agar, then we add honey and almond oil to soften and moisturise the skin. Kaolin and fullers earth deep clean, absorb grease and debris and tighten the skin. Finally there are ground almonds and ground almond shells, so that when you come to wash this off with water, you can work it over your face for a few minutes to exfoliate away dead skin.
Simply fragranced with 100 percent pure French lavender, to balance the skin’s sebum production.
Ground almond shells are a good natural exfoliant. They are rough enough to give a good scrub, but soft enough not to damage the skin. Every skin is different, and you decide how much pressure to use and how long to scrub for.'

Love Lettuce
I've been using this face mask for a month now and i'd probably give it 4/5.
First of all, I really like the fact that it's vegan. Lush never uses animal testing and use mostly natural ingredients. This face mask is made with 100% natural ingredients which means no nasty chemicals on your skin...Perfect!
The smell is nice and refreshing and sort of earthy and lavender-y? It's not strongly perfumed, which is good as you don't want to have an overpowering perfume on your face for 10 minutes!
I think it's really easy to apply but you need to add a good, thick layer to exfoliate your skin and benefit the full effects of the mask.
You leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes but i like to leave mine on more towards ten 'till it dries then when you take it off you can rub the mask around your skin to exfoliate the dead skin.
My skin was definitely left with no grease, less dry skin and reduced spot redness.
The mask also left my face soft, clean and an over all improvement(lol)!
The only bad point about this is that it only lasts for a month. This is because all of the ingredients are fresh and your mask could end up going smelly and fuzzy, bleh!
I have heard of people freezing their masks after their expiry date though, not sure if it works though... So I have just been getting my mum to use it with me so that the fresh-y goodness doesn't go to waste!
Lush also have a deal on where you can collect five pots/tubes, bring them back to the shop and receive a pot of facemask...FREE! Brilliantay! This includes the shower jelly pots, face mask pots, cleanser pots, moisturiser pots, everything! Woop woop for Lush!
